She is co-owner and medical director of Radiance at Fluhme. Dr. Cherup’s insight into patients needs, knowledge of state of the art technologies, surgical skills, and exceptional results have led to her success.
Dr. Cherup has specialized in cosmetic aesthetic procedures and has been serving patients in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas for the past 33 years. Her surgical specialities include face lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reconstruction, abdominoplasty, liposuction and more.
Dr. Cherup has personally trained Susan Mowry, our injector and skin care specialist. Together, the two have built an extensive non-surgical aesthetic clinic over the past 24 years.
Dr. Cherup has partnered with her former physician assistant, Tiffany Fluhme. As her plastic surgery practice transitions to an all cosmetic practice, she is thrilled to expand her aesthetic empire with the opening of Radiance at Fluhme.

Tiffany Fluhme Lives and Breathes all things beauty, health, and wellness.
Tiffany has practiced as a Physician Assistant in the Field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery alongside renowned Plastic Surgeons including her business partner, Dr. Lori Cherup.
Pursuing her entrepreneurial spirit and love for the industry, Tiffany Launched her company, “Fluhme Beauty” in 2009. She has grown her company to include a full service salon, Fluhme GlamBar, a permanent cosmetics studio, an ecommerce store, and most recently a boutique med spa.
She is a Co-owner of IZORA ink + academy, one of the nations most sought after PMU studios.
Tiffany has a passion for the anti-aging industry and Clinical Skin care. In addition to her experience in Plastic Surgery, she is a licensed esthetician. Her medical grade skin care line, Fluhme Cosmeceuticals, and cosmetic products have been sold through her businesses for the past 13 years.
She plans to introduce the most innovative products and procedures including Injectables, advanced skin care and laser treatments, regenerative anti-aging procedures and more. Tiffany is committed to bringing her passion and expertise to the success of Radiance at Fluhme.

Susan boasts 24 years of experience in facial aesthetics.
She is a skin care expert, an injection specialist, and a laser technician. Susan offers many different services to refresh and rejuvenate yourself.
She is a registered nurse and licensed medical aesthetician. Susan keeps on top of the industry trends and innovations by regularly attending conferences and seminars.
She has completed thousands of Botox and filler procedures as well as skin care and laser treatments.
Susan is the med spa manager, and expert aesthetic trainer at Radiance at Fluhme.

Elissa is a licensed medical esthetician with over 15 years experience in the beauty industry. She attended South Hills Beauty Academy and is passionate about all things skin and beauty.
Elissa is a certified pmu artist and has over 4 years experience doing permanent cosmetics.
In addition to the beauty industry, Elissa is passionate about fitness and wellness. Elissa has worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 20 years.
Elissa feels extremely blessed to have the opportunity to do what she loves while helping her clients look and feel beautiful, as well as feel confident from within.

Kristin started her journey as a Registered Nurse in 2020. She always knew that she wanted to work in medical aesthetics. Kristin trained at Core Aesthetics Institute in Colorado with globally recognized plastic surgeons and medical injectors. She completed several trainings in facial injectables, fillers, & toxins. Her most recent training was an advanced anatomy and cadaver course.
In addition, Kristin worked at a boutique med spa in Denver, Colorado where she crafted her skills before relocating back to her hometown in Pittsburgh. Kristin is committed to staying up to date and prioritizes safety and quality above all else.
Kristin is passionate about health and wellness. She is also a certified yoga instructor with over seven years of experience teaching yoga. Through her practice she has helped people learn to calm the mind and increase awareness, among many other health benefits.
